Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT)
TCC Group developed an organizational assessment tool, the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), which has been used by more than 1,000 organizations. It measures a nonprofit organization’s effectiveness in relation to four core capacities—leadership, adaptability, management, and technical—as well as organizational culture.
